RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Regular orders can be returned up to 30 days after receipt of item*. After 14 days, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Please notify us by phone or email before the return to receive a “return authorization number”. Returns without an “RA” number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.

The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to address specified when we give above-mentioned "RA" number. Refunds and Exchanges issued will not include original shipping/handling and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.

* Special orders, linens and creams, oils & lotions, are nonreturnable items.

All credit card orders cancelled after card has been processed are subject to fee's charged by our credit processing partner. Fee's range from 1.9% to 5% of total amount charged. Please ask your sales representative for more information regarding this policy.
