This is limited to repair or replacement of the item and does not include damages resulting from improper set up, misuse or neglect.

If you are not totally satisfied with your Pisces Productions product, you may return it for a full refund, including freight, within the continental U.S. The item must be returned within 15 days, in the original or equivalent packaging, and in new, undamaged condition. All returns must have prior authorization. This policy does not apply to special order items.
