OUR RIGHTS TO SELL
We reserve the right to sell to any customer who visits our site and provides payment for an order. We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order for any reason. To be fair to all of our customers, we may limit the quantity of certain products that can be purchased by
a single customer.
PRICING
Midas Massage takes extreme care to keep our price database up to date. Midas Massage reserves the right to change incorrectly posted prices.
We also reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel an order if the
incorrect price causes the product to be sold below our cost. Prices are subject to change without notice.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
Nearly all in-stock items are shipped within 48 business hours after processing of your order. The delivery time of a ground shipment depends on your geographic location. Stock is allocated to you after your credit card is approved or check/money order payment is received and clears. Shipping terms defined: Next-Day Air means next business day service, 2nd-Day Air means 2nd business day service.

BILLING
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, and Checks (via
PayPal). Your credit card is billed automatically by
PayPal on the day your order is placed. We also accept Checks and Money Orders via mail. Because of constantly changing inventory levels, we are unable to guarantee the availability of products when payment is received or billed. We make every attempt to fill each and every order. If an item becomes unavailable, a refund will be issued in the same form that payment was received within 30 days.
CREDIT CARD FRAUD
A person placing an order using a credit card they have not been authorized to use is committing credit card fraud, and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. A customer that disputes a valid charge for delivered merchandise has committed credit card fraud, a felony, and will be subject to prosecution. All instances of fraud, including those made by valid cardholders, are reported to local and federal authorities.

CANCELLATIONS
Any back-ordered product may be cancelled by contacting Customer Service. Products that are in-stock are packed immediately and usually cannot be cancelled. If you require an in-stock product to be cancelled and we are able to stop it before shipment, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
BACKORDERS - PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We will notify you as quickly as possible about a back order situation. We will provide product availability information to the best of our ability.
HOW TO ORDER BY CHECK or MONEY ORDER
- Order online and choose the "Check/Money Order" payment
option
- Make your check payable to "Midas Massage" for your invoice grand
total
- Include your order number on your check and mail the check to the address
at the top of this page
- Your order will be shipped after your check has cleared or your money order is
deposited
- To avoid processing delays with checks or money orders, be sure to include your order
number
REQUESTING ORDER STATUS
Your current order status will be sent to you via E-mail as it changes. Order status can also be obtained by logging in to your account. Tracking numbers are made available 24 hours after your order has
shipped.
